As the director of RILA’s partnerships, Johanna grows the RILA family by developing relationships with through partner organizations, donors, volunteers, and churches.

A graduate of the University of Virginia and former engagement officer at the University of Virginia Alumni Association, Johanna brings a wealth of experience building and growing partnerships. A seasoned volunteer in the Arlington community, she is passionate about connecting individuals and organizations with opportunities to serve, grow, give, and learn together.

Johanna loves seeing how so many different groups of people come together at RILA to care for our immigrant neighbors, whether it is community volunteers, our diverse group of church partners and their members, our staff, or clients. The RILA family is a beautiful community of God's people, and Johanna strengthens, grows, and adds to those relationships.
