Natalie Foote, LCSW

President/CEO

As one of RILA’s co-founders and our CEO and president, Natalie leads our team by developing and administering RILA's programs and keeping RILA's mission and vision central to its work. Her leadership empowers our team to ensure that every RILA client receives the best possible advocacy and care. Ultimately, she helps shape and maintain a culture built on a unique combination of excellent pro bono legal assistance, compassion, collaboration, and commitment.

Natalie has a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas, and she is a licensed clinical social worker in VA.  She is also a Department of Justice fully accredited representative, which allows her to practice immigration law as a non-attorney, representing clients before EOIR and USCIS.

Natalie believes that God cares deeply about justice and people living on the margins, and after several years of working with under-served and under-resourced groups across the U.S., she cannot escape the conviction that every person deeply loved by God, and the work of justice and protection for those who need it most is the work that RILA was made to do.
