Natalie Foote, LCSW

President/CEO

As one of RILA’s co-founders and our president, Natalie is directly involved in numerous ways, including building cases, representing clients in immigration court, and overseeing intakes. She also concentrates on training and supporting our legal team and community partners to ensure that every RILA client receives the best possible advocacy and care. Ultimately, she helps shape and maintain a culture built on spiritual conviction, compassion, collaboration, and commitment.

Natalie has a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas, and she is a licensed clinical social worker in VA.  She is also a Department of Justice fully accredited representative, which allows her to practice immigration law as a non-attorney, representing clients before EOIR and USCIS.

As a follower of Jesus, Natalie believes that God cares deeply about justice and people living on the margins, and after several years of working with under-served and under-resourced groups across the U.S., she cannot escape the conviction that every person deeply loved by God, and the work of justice and protection for those who need it most is the work that RILA was made to do.
